WIN 5 Mission Statement

WIN 5 Networking group facilitates the development and support of each member’s company or business, as well as, focusing on personal development to promote strong confident leaders in our fields.

This group strives to create leaders who exemplify professional accountability as we market our products or services in the community. Creatively, we will help each other find unique solutions to lead generation, and encourage outstanding customer service and positive business habits.

The WIN 5 members will possess the ability to select, adapt, and use the knowledge to:

• Demonstrate leadership skills and attributes
• Demonstrate professional knowledge, skills and attitudes
• Gather and analyze information and ideas
• Apply ethical principles in conducting day to day business with customers, clients and each other

As a part of our commitment we will purposely learn about and take interest in each other’s businesses, pass referrals and share business leads, and create lasting relationships through personal interactions at meetings and social events away from the monthly meeting.
